Request deletion

Email privacy@vectorgurus.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” State whether the request concerns a VectorGurus website account, a public interaction with the official VectorGurus Facebook Page, or both.

What to include

• The email address associated with your VectorGurus account, if applicable.
• For a Facebook interaction, the public comment or post URL and the approximate date of the interaction so we can locate the correct record.
• A clear description of the information you want deleted.

Do not send your Facebook password, access token, payment-card number, or other login credentials. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the request concerns you.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and delete or de-identify eligible records within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for fraud prevention, tax, legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Public Facebook comment text held by the Page-reply system is normally redacted after 30 days, and its operational record is normally removed after 90 days.
