Vehicle Wrap
Vectorization & File Setup

When a client sends a pixelated logo or flattened wrap mockup, we rebuild suitable logos, lettering, and flat graphics as clean vectors—then prepare the layout to your supplied vehicle template, scale, panel, bleed, and output specifications.

Custom quote · Redraw scope, setup requirements, deliverables, price, and timing confirmed before work begins

Suitable client logos and flat graphics rebuilt by hand—not auto-traced

Setup follows your usable vehicle template and shop specifications

Exact wrap deliverables and responsibilities confirmed before payment

One service, two stages

From rough client art to files your wrap shop can finish.

We separate vector reconstruction from wrap-file preparation, then scope both around the vehicle, template, and production workflow you provide.

01

We rebuild the usable vector assets

A human designer redraws suitable logos, lettering, icons, stripes, and flat graphics with deliberate curves and editable paths. Photos, textures, and raster effects are assessed at output size instead of being misleadingly auto-traced.

02

We prepare the layout to your shop specs

We place the approved art on your usable vehicle template and apply the agreed scale, artboards, bleed, overlap, safe zones, colors, cut paths, layers, and exports your production team specifies.

Scoped for vehicle graphics

Built around the way wrap shops actually produce.

Not every shop panels, proofs, or exports the same way. We review your artwork, template, and production instructions, then list only the work your job needs.

Client-art vectorization

Low-resolution logos, lettering, icons, and flat graphics are rebuilt as intentional paths—not passed through one-click auto-tracing.

Vehicle-template transfer

Approved assets are placed into your usable shop-supplied vehicle template at its stated scale and orientation.

Scale, artboard, and panel setup

Artboards and agreed panel exports are prepared to the dimensions, output width, orientation, and overlap rules your shop supplies.

Bleed, overlap, and safe zones

Shop-specified bleed, panel overlap, seam considerations, and no-copy or high-risk areas are built into the approved setup.

Shop-defined production colors

Color space, profiles, named spot swatches, and specialty layers are applied only to the requirements your shop provides.

Organized wrap outputs

Text is outlined or handled to your requirements; linked assets are packaged only where licensing permits, with clear layers, naming, proofs, and agreed exports.

What to send

Give us the shop specs—not just the mockup.

The vehicle configuration, template source, measurements, and output rules matter as much as the artwork. Include what you have; unknowns are identified during review instead of guessed.

01

Client artwork and approved layout

Upload the best logo, graphics, mockup, PDF, screenshot, or flattened concept available, plus the approved visual reference.

02

Exact vehicle configuration

Include year, make, model, trim or body style, wheelbase, roof height, doors, and any configuration that changes the printable surfaces.

03

Usable vehicle template

Send the editable template or identify its source and version, stated drawing scale, and any shop modifications already made.

04

Photos and verified measurements

Reference photos and shop-verified measurements document or help identify the trim, obstructions, emblems, windows, and body differences for your physical verification.

05

Your shop specifications

Provide scale, usable printable width, panel or seam plan, overlap, bleed, safe zones, required effective raster resolution, color profile, and exact case-sensitive spot-color and overprint rules.

06

Outputs and deadline

List your printer, RIP, cutter, and software version; required master, proof, production or panel formats; and the date your shop needs the approved package.

Before you upload

Common questions, answered.

Vehicle-wrap files depend on the exact vehicle, template, scale, equipment, media, and shop workflow. The review makes those requirements and responsibilities explicit before work starts.

Who is this vehicle-wrap artwork service for?

It is built for wrap shops, installers, and vehicle-graphics teams that have an approved client concept or supplied artwork but still need usable vector assets and production-file preparation.

Which parts of a wrap can you vectorize?

Logos, lettering, icons, stripes, and other flat graphics are usually suitable for manual vector redraw. Photographs, painterly textures, and detailed raster effects are assessed at the intended output size and are not automatically converted to vectors.

Does this include designing the entire wrap?

The standard scope starts with an approved layout, concept, or supplied artwork. A new creative wrap concept, major layout changes, illustration, or full wrap design can be quoted separately.

Do you provide the vehicle template?

The most reliable workflow uses a usable template supplied or identified by the wrap shop, including its source, version, and stated scale. Template sourcing can be added when agreed in advance. Custom templates, specialty vehicles, and measurement-based template engineering are separate work.

Can you panelize the wrap artwork?

Panel-ready exports can be included when your shop supplies its maximum output width, scale, orientation, overlap and bleed requirements, panel or seam strategy, and required export settings. Some shops prefer to tile in their RIP, so panelization is confirmed per job rather than assumed.

Can you guarantee the artwork will fit the vehicle?

We cannot replace verification of the actual vehicle or guarantee final fit remotely. Your shop remains responsible for confirming the year, make, model, trim, wheelbase, roof and door configuration, template or measurement accuracy, panel strategy, and final fit before printing and installation.

How do you handle wrap color settings?

We use the color space, profile, named spot swatches, and production colors supplied by your shop. We do not apply one universal CMYK conversion or guarantee printed color; proofing, printer calibration, media profiles, and final color approval remain with the production shop.

Which wrap files will I receive?

Your quote lists the exact deliverables. A project may include an editable AI master, EPS or SVG vector assets, a reference proof PDF, and shop-specified production exports or panels. We avoid unnecessary duplicate format and color-mode sets.

How are price and turnaround determined?

Both depend on the vector redraw complexity, vehicle or layout scope, and supplied setup requirements. We review the files first, then confirm the deliverables, price, and expected schedule before paid work begins.
