1. Our Commitment

At VectorGurus, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all vectorization services. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll first work with you through unlimited revisions within the original agreed scope. New designs and requests outside that scope are separate services and may require a new quote. When a project qualifies for a refund, we'll apply the terms below fairly and transparently.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

• You cancel your order before work has begun
• We miss the agreed final delivery deadline and have not delivered any usable portion of the agreed work

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

• We miss the agreed final delivery deadline after delivering only part of the agreed work
• We are unable to complete the remaining scope to professional standards
• Delivered work materially differs from the agreed specifications and cannot be corrected through unlimited revisions within the original agreed scope

3. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to request revisions. We offer:

• Unlimited revisions within the original agreed scope
• New designs and requests outside the original agreed scope are separate services and may require a new quote
• No additional charges for correcting work that differs from the agreed brief
• Direct communication with your assigned designer
• Quick turnaround on revision requests

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us within 7 days of project delivery
2. Provide specific details about your concerns
3. Allow us a reasonable opportunity to address correctable issues
4. If a refund is approved, we'll return it to the original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

Some projects are delivered in stages. Receiving one or more files before the agreed final deadline does not mean the project is late or incomplete. A refund is not available solely because additional agreed deliverables are still in progress and the final deadline has not passed.

If we miss the agreed final deadline after delivering part of the project, any approved refund will normally be limited to the reasonable value of the undelivered portion. Completed, usable work that materially matches the agreed specifications and was delivered on time is non-refundable. We will explain how the completed and remaining portions were valued when calculating a partial refund.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

• Completed, usable portions delivered on time that materially match the agreed specifications
• Changes in personal preference after accepting delivered work
• Failure to provide adequate source material or specifications
• Delays caused by missing feedback, approvals, files, or instructions from you
• Requests made more than 7 days after project delivery
• Work that meets the original specifications but doesn't match changed requirements

7. Rush Order Refunds

For rush orders with expedited delivery:

• The separate rush fee is refundable if we miss the agreed rush deadline
• The underlying project fee follows the partial-delivery rules above and is fully refundable only when no usable agreed work was delivered by the deadline
• Standard refund policies apply to quality concerns and cancellations

8. Payment Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Approved refunds are submitted promptly and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
